Pablo Serrano Orozco is a Berlin-based Mexican painter who develops a pictorial practice centered on the magical function and operative capacity of art as a vehicle for human transformation.
The conceptual foundation of his work lies in the investigation of geometric structures, sacred symbolism, and the cosmogonies of Mesoamerican, Asian, and African cultural lineages. Through a formal synthesis that juxtaposes constructive rigor with high material density, his works are articulated not as passive representations, but as artifacts: visual devices designed to inhabit space, alter perception, and intervene in the surrounding environment.
He has exhibited at prominent institutions such as the Rufino Tamayo Museum, Museo del Chopo, and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Oaxaca (MACO), and was awarded the prestigious international White Ravens award for his illustration work.
